First— I restocked at , just in time for Easter gifts! so many cute spring colored glasses that would make great gifts!!

Second— you’ve probably heard by now is rebranding!! they will be having a big launch party next week with so many fun things happening. I wish I could be there!!! plant swap, latte art competition, pop up shops, permanent jewelry, and lots of cute things to shop 🫶🏼.

also, I put that “no soliciting” doormat outside my door today because we have had MULTIPLE sales people every day this week 😅 we already have pest control and don’t want solar panels lol.

✨Sourdough Sunday✨

since I’ve started selling my sourdough starter I figured I’d start posting a little bit about the sourdough process and give you some tips to ease any sourdough intimidation you may have!! when I first bought a sourdough kit it sat in my kitchen (unopened) for about 6 months because I was too scared to start lol— so I hope I can give you some encouragement here and show you that anyone can do it!

from talking to several people about it I’ve learned lots of you don’t want to start because you think you have to keep up with it EVERY single day! & that’s not true! once your starter is established you can have it sit in the fridge for weeks and it’ll be just fine! the starter I sell is very well established and is dehydrated at its active peak— In my instructions (given with each purchase) I recommend you rehydrate it and feed it for 7-9 days then after that you can leave it in the fridge if you’re not ready to bake!

I currently bake every sunday (I just took that second pic moments ago)! monday-thursday my starter sits in the fridge, untouched. then on friday i start feeding her again and get her ready to bake on sunday!
