The Pilates Mat Teacher Training begins on March 28, 2026, and runs over four in-person weekends.

March 28-29 | April 18-19 | May 2-3 | May 23-24

You’ll gain the solid foundation you need to confidently teach authentic, classical Pilates, grounded in history, movement analysis, hands-on skills, and somatic principles. This training is also a prerequisite for comprehensive Pilates Apparatus Training down the road.

Scholarships are available, making this a practical and accessible step forward.

Graduates are eligible to sit for the NPCP Pilates Mat Certification Exam.
