We had the great opportunity to partner with the Denison Area Chamber of Commerce to host an incredible group of students from the Denison Youth Leadership Academy.

Programs like this play a key role in shaping the next generation of leaders by connecting students with real-world business experiences and community leaders.

During their visit, we shared insights on how we operate as a business—focusing on KPIs, people, and processes—and had a very engaging conversation around what it takes to build a strong, high-performing organization.

What stood out the most?

It was a great reminder that leadership development starts early, and that investing time with students like these truly makes an impact.

We’re hiring Die Cast Operators in Denison!

Positions are for 3rd shift, with paid training provided on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to nights.

Starting pay is $17.50/hour, and no manufacturing experience is required. If you bring a positive attitude, good attendance, and a willingness to learn, we provide the training and development to help you succeed.

Through our Pay‑For‑Skills program, employees who meet attendance standards and complete learning certifications can increase their pay over time.
