Here are 3 tips to use to build your online community in order to capture leads:
Just posting your stats and all your “Just Solds” isn’t going to cut it. Do you notice that those kinds of posts don’t have as much engagement as posts with photos of yourself?
Social media is a platform for CONNECTION and being SOCIAL. People do business or give & take referrals with people they know, like and trust.
Not everyone may be in the market to buy or sell at this time, but if you can connect with them by getting to know each other - Guess who they will think of the next time they are ready? Or perhaps refer you to someone who is in the market?
Here are 3 TIPS to build a community on Instagram:
🌟Use the 80/20 rule when it comes to posting personal content for people to learn more about you vs. sales content. 80% of personal content such as your interests, hobbies, values, or something about yourself that others will resonate with.
🌟ENGAGE BACK with your audience. Studies have shown that only 11% of real estate businesses respond back to the comments they receive on IG?! Let’s increase that stat!!
Not only does engaging with your audience build a trusting relationship, it’s also good for the algorithm and will boost your content to be viewed by more people.
🌟Give valuable content that your ideal clients what to learn about. Think of the most common questions you get asked and share the answers with your community. What common problems do your clients run into? Share the solutions!

2 yrs ago was the last time we took a family photo b/c of the traumatic experience when Jason, sat in geese p**p 10 minutes into the photo shoot. 💩😳 Oh, and wearing cream colored pants. 😂
We can laugh about it now, but trust me when I say it wasn’t funny at the time.
We managed to continue with the hour long photo shoot, with distracted kids, the smell of p**p, and Jason asking the photographer to just photoshop a smile onto his face. 😂
Well it makes for a good memory, and we will have this story to tell at family dinners for the rest of our lives. ❤️
So much to be thankful for! Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
