Adventures in galette making never end over here. I made this one with heirloom tomatoes, feta, honey, and a big ole serving of Italian spices for good measure.
I think I’ve gotta go sweet next - what do you think? Peaches or blackberries or both?

Not so casually waiting to get our garden started so I can harvest salad greens right from our backyard. Gardening friends, which greens are you most excited about growing this year? I’ve got kale, chard, arugula, and spinach high on my list.

Let it be known that galettes have officially entered my world as my new favorite food group. Savory or sweet — I’m here for them all. ’ Heirloom Tomato Galette recipe is to die for, and yields the most delightfully buttery + flakey dough and cozy combo of goat cheese & honey.
Thank goodness the heirlooms from our little patio garden survived the snow a few weeks back (thanks to our precious neighbors) and I got to use them in this recipe! We have a few left ripening in our windowsill — what should I make next? 😊
