The Cocktail Cherries and Cherry Fig Mostarda went on strike the other day saying they demanded more respect for their elevated selves. Something about how they knew they were special but did everyone else? I told them the whole family is special. They said “ya but..” and threw some numbers around. “Ok”, I told them. “Yes you are fancier and do cost more to make.” I offered a gold sash, they wanted silken robes. We settled on fancy gold hats (I told them they were crowns) and a special for them photo shoot. Hopefully this doesn’t get out of hand. As we roll up to Mothers Day weekend wanted to let you know I posted all the recipes of this citrus influenced meal to the website in our Recipes section. A simple elegant meal that will make yer ma feel sunny. Scallops, couscous, roasted veggies and a bright fresh salad. I also posted a cocktail recipe. 🍋 🍊 ❤️

Probably healthier than 9/10 of those snacks we all grab at the gas station. 😉 In truth being conscious of our impact on this planet is something we consider every dang day. There is a lot going on and ultimately big change has to happen at big corporate level but hey little bits add up to big bits if we all give it some effort. 💥🌎🌍🌏
