A major milestone at the Capitol!

HB26-1230 – Extend Conservation Easement Tax Credit has passed its third reading in the House with a vote of 58–7 and is now headed to the Senate.

With just 8 days remaining in the legislative session, this is an exciting step forward for conservation in Colorado. We're incredibly grateful to House prime sponsors Matthew Martinez - A Voice for Southern Colorado and State Representative Elizabeth Velasco, CO HD57 for championing this bill and helping move it across the House finish line.

On to the Senate - let's keep the momentum going!
