These are the trees on our property and I'm so grateful to have an abundance of established trees for the bees! π³
We've also planted a Golden Raintree, Kentucky Coffee Tree, Hawthorn and a Gingko, but no buds on those ones yet.
My neighbor has a huge Silver Maple tree, but I couldn't even reach the lowest hanging branches to grab a sample. It's one of the very first trees here in Denver that puts out an abundance of pollen for the bees! Did you know trees are a huge pollen source for honey bees?
What trees do you have in your yard and are they budding yet?
