Snapped 24 hrs pre breaking my back, and two weeks later I’m off all meds and getting around just fine - for as intense that first week was, the quick initial healing was well received. I’ve got more recovery to go but happy to report things are improving every day 😊❤️💁🏻‍♂️

Wow! 4 days staying mountain-side solo was just what I needed in tapping into my joy and love for life, and ultimately God’s creation 🙏🏼 I was all smiles and quite the chair lift chatty Kathy haha 🤣 the stoke is real when mixing up nature and business building… my big takeaway is to bring my fun, snowboarding creativity side to how I show up in the business. In therapy I learned my response to most challenges is fight or flight, and I’ve learned how to live there in my daily undertakings (to benefit on work side but detriment of relationship side). A little time in nature everyday is the solution to bring the fun back to it all 🥰
