This one-day retreat at brings together equine therapy, group connection, and nourishing Japanese bento boxes by to help you slow down, listen inward, and rediscover balance.

Guided by q***r therapist Sam Field, we’ll explore what it means to care for others without abandoning yourself, practice taking up space with confidence, and reconnect with the grounding presence of nature and horses (and a few other animals). Together, we’ll create a tender space where you can process, reset, and leave with a clearer sense of self (and hopefully some new friends!)
