We had a roof leak which Fort Collins Roofing Consultants corrected. The work was very well done. Once the old roof was off, they found a damaged piece of plywood. When they completed the roof replacement they also replaced the plywood without additional cost or me asking them to. I didn't even notice it. Also some wood trim on the side of the house under the gutters was broken and then replaced on their own accord. They left the yard completely free of nails and trash.
