Then we get to take the food to a really a fun rooftop party downtown with Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Mojito Chicken, Cumin Roasted Sweet Potatoes and a Cranberry Harvest Salad. Several weeks of catering fun. Two wonderful rehearsal dinners at West End Salvage, a beautiful wedding at the fabulous Cultural Center in Stuart (It's worth the drive to see it) and a couple of fun parties this weekend.
