Property Image, LLC is seeking a crew lead for general construction and marine projects in Okaloosa County and surrounding areas. Must be a motivated individual, able to work independently and with others. General trade knowledge is required.

This position offers a large variety of diverse projects including Marine and General Contracting services for our Federal, State, City, commercial and residential clients. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available.

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, motivated person with a strong work ethic to join our company. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain security clearance for work on government property. Maintenance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
Are you a “jack of all trades”? Do you enjoy problem solving and working on a variety of projects? Do you want to make top pay for your experience?
Property Image is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance duties, including general carpentry, painting, drywall repair, basic electrical, and light duty plumbing (as required) to keep properties in effective working order.
Technicians utilizes technology (work order software, company vehicles and equipment) to serve our customers.

Qualifications:
Property Image performs general construction and property maintenance services to commercial and residential customers in the state of Florida. Qualified applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain security clearance for work on government property.
HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) preferred.
