Some who are seeing this may not know that for TEN YEARS I offered magical Harry Potter *inspired* crafts and workshoppes in my local community (and some online).
So it may sound dramatic, but the way that JKR has written about the trans community in the past year and the fact that covid derailed my workshoppes has seriously made me feel like I've lost a part of myself.

No, being part of a Fandom isn't a character trait. But inspiring magic in kids definitely is, and I will have to create new ways to do that. And that is fine, but meanwhile I have spent the past year mourning and my items and supplies have sat on shelves. I will have a few things to offer, and will donate a portion of any money earned to the Marsha P. Johnson Institute.
