We're looking for interest in off-grid projects for cabins or homes not subject to zoning for off-grid systems, ranging in the 3kw-18kw sized array.

If you've a small second home/cabin that is currently not subject to zoning enforcement, you can claim the 2025 30% tax-credit if your project is started in 2025.

If you're subject to zoning but legal for off-grid, we can file your paperwork and begin the process to qualify for a 2025 tax credit as long as the project is completed by 2027.

Logic Phoenix has been steadily working towards a what-works-best solution for NNY installations & is looking for interest in those who would want to go off-grid with a primary or second home that fits the no zoning or zoning possibilities. We do not work on grid-tie systems, although we can help with racking and panel installs and equipment selection -- you'll need to hire a Master Electrician to get the grid-tie system connected after approval/inspection to operate by National Grid.

Most 3kw systems range in the $10K-$14K depending on the project's structure -- everything is about where the panels are going to be placed and what retrofitting might be required.

Larger systems capable or higher output and 220v output are possible and we can install those too!

The 2025 tax credit is the final year to get 30% tax credit on your solar install and be less reliant on fossil fuels and the grid to keep your power running.
