Residential Construction Worker – Production Pay

Licensed builder hiring 2–3 skilled workers for residential remodels and new builds.
Work includes:
– Framing non-load bearing walls & knee walls
– Hanging & finishing drywall
– Trim, doors, and paint
– Light demo & cleanup
– Basic electrical (outlets, switches) under supervision
- Residential renovation and remodel work

Pay: Production-based. The faster and cleaner you work, the more you earn. Weekly pay.

Requirements:
– Must have reliable transportation (non-negotiable)
– Must have basic tools (drill, saw, hammer, tape, knife, etc.)
– Must have real construction experience (residential carpentry or remodel work)
– Must work with minimal supervision once shown and given the task.
