Bright Key Dothan 6th Grade

Fresh off the press... read all about it.

As we concluded the tutoring program for the school year, we held our final check and connect sessions. Our students explored the goals they set for themselves and attained. Bright Key would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to our supportive and dedicated volunteers this year.

Bright Key welcomed ACOM medical students to the Dothan 6th Grade Center on Friday to present our future leaders to "Doctor in a Bag". In a range of enjoyable games, students learned how to check their blood pressure, eyes, hearing, and heartbeat. Thank you, ACOM; you've inspired some future doctors.

With the help of our community volunteers, we are preparing our future leaders in the Bright Key room as state testing season draws near.

Before the holidays, we are introducing Check and Connect to our students and volunteers in the Bright Key Academic Dream Room. Check and Connect is a tool that enables us to examine student data, such as grades, attendance, and behavior, and assist them in solving problems to increase their chances of success."

Our Bright Key tutors are enjoying our new math games just as much as the students are.

Bright Key’s tutoring program officially began this year. The students are thrilled to be in the Academic Dream Room. Let’s thanks our community volunteers for helping support our students.
