A warm welcome from one of our top therapists, Thomas, to our newest team member, Jake!

Thomas spent Saturday teaching a class on active isolated stretching techniques to several therapists in the area. Jake was right there with them adding another skillset to his tool belt.

Seeing one of the Massage Modalities therapists in Dover or Greenland, NH, means that you’re getting a highly skilled and trained therapist to support your body’s recovery or relaxation. Massage Modalities owner, Bri, does monthly trainings with the entire team and even more frequent trainings for new team members to ensure you’re getting a high quality massage every time, no matter which therapist you see.

Don’t count Jake out just because he’s new to the team. He’s fully trained by our experienced team, shares our passion for providing exceptional service to our clients, and has been seeing clients for months with excellent results!

Jake’s availability in Greenland, NH, is Tuesdays 12-6pm and Wednesdays 9am-3pm. You can find us located inside the Greenland gym!
