📣The 2026 Open is right around the corner, Summa peeps 📣
The CrossFit Open is for everyone — whether you’re RX’ing workouts in your 10th Open or trying it for the very first time.
It’s not about winning your heat or your spot on the leaderboard.
It’s about walking through the door.
Trying something hard.
And cheering each other on along the way. 🤝

Today we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his tireless work for justice, equality, and love. His words remind us that change begins with each of us:
