• working 1 on 1 to help you be the best version of yourself in and outside of your sport
• • common topics include: overcoming mental blocks, learning to deal with external/internal pressure, relationships with coaches/teammates, self-reflection and growth, building confidence, competition prep and performance

Movement Sessions
•working 1 on 1 to get your body moving in whatever way is best for you, within these sessions we will focus on your fitness goals and determine what is needed to get you there
• •common topics include: exercise programming, accountability, check-ins in regarding progress and ability, teaching proper technique/form

What a great night working with this high level group of young athletes! Dynasty Athletics and their Lady Icons invited Handstand Sports Med and I to teach a Sports Wellness Workshop as they kickoff their summer training.

These ladies learned techniques for injury prevention, recovery, strength & conditioning, mental toughness, mind-body connection, and general wellness.

This group has a bright future ahead of them as they take the knowledge they gained and become even stronger as a team and individual athletes! 🌟
