Box breathing is a great way to quickly calm the nervous system. Try a few rounds of box breathing while watching this video and see how you feel. To box breath, you breathe in evenly for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, hold for four seconds, repeat.
