Wise Cleft Center

We are proud to say we have created the nations first Cleft Center of Excellence. This amazing clinic is a dedicated space to the cleft community, especially pediatric care. We hope the patients who have received care from us so far have experienced the difference in our team’s approach and will recommend us in the years to come.

"Today is Nayvie Kates' three year Smileversary! We went to her preschool and read "Jacks new smile" to her class, and showed them pictures of Nayvie with her cleft. We even made smiley face party favors bags for all her friends to celebrate the day. She very proudly showed them a picture, and said,
"This is me and my doctor, he fixed my lip." -Nayvie's mom

"Eli has had a great year this year. He worked through something tough each race and powered through to get 13 out of 85 in his last race. He has all A’s and maintains at least a 3.8. He has wonderful friends. He goes to church and has strong convictions. As a mom with a cleft affected child, we often struggle to see how life might be for our kids. Eli has struggles but 99% aren’t from his cleft. He is 13 so still a long way to go in these teen years, but he is handsome, strong, smart, athletic, and has good morals/beliefs. Sometimes I feel like telling those just starting out, that you will make it. These kids are built tough," Megan, Eli's mom
