Event 6: SHOULDER UP - is presented by .

This year's spin on the traditional 10-3-10, strategy to finish out the weekend is going to be king here. This will be the last workout of the weekend before taking the top 4 teams in each division to the final!

Event 6: SHOULDER UP *STANDARDS*

- All Divisions -
Work may be split however team wishes

Working partner must tag out

Teams will change weights

Partners must be synchronized at top only for synchro hspu. If feet, knees, anything but hands and head touch down, the set is over.

No requirement on partner work, meaning one partner can do all of one peice in a round

Workout will be scored as 3 different scores, each worth 50pts (norm is 100pts)

- RX -
Head will be flat in ground
Strict hspu is allowed
Wallball is 20/14
Target height is 10/9

- Intermediate -
Head will be on one abmat
Wallball is 20/14
Target height is 10/9

This is the last of the events that will be announced before the event. The final will remain a mystery until it is briefed to the top 5 teams per division just before they take the floor!
