Today our food waste turns into compost. Thanks to our PTO initiative, approximately 26,000 lbs of waste now becomes recycled into soil. “Food waste rotting in landfills produces methane, making landfills the third-largest source of methane emissions,. In the U.S. alone, food waste creates greenhouse gases equivalent to 42 coal-fired power plants.”
We put STEM and IB in action. We don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk.
