Mo Asady the CTO at Convirza explains…” so Convirza actually stands for conversations convert, and we've processed over 1 billion conversations since inception. This is done by AI. We've been doing AI since 2013 so way before the hype and all the buzzwords, but as a result what we do is we look at the conversations post the marketing phase.

Marketing is measurable, so when you look at it, you know what your spend is and how many leads were generated from your marketing efforts, but once that turns into a conversation that's when you lose track of what is happening.

We analyze these conversations and as a result we're able to increase the conversion rate by looking at different insights of what is happening on the conversation itself and coming up with recommendations of how to improve it; coaching on these skills; etc.

We have been evolving since 2013. We started creating the first AI models and these required us to manually score between 12 and 15,000 calls before starting the training process as a result, we were able to achieve a comparable results that run across hundreds of thousands of calls but as AI evolves, we are able today to take a very small data set of 50 to 100 calls, coach against them, and as a result deliver AI models that are comparable to those that we've used historically.

When we were on the hunt for a partner, we needed subject matter experts. So when we look at a new piece of technology or a service out there we want our questions answered by people who really understand the field understand, our use case, what requirements we have, and work with us on a POC to answer if it is even the right product for this use case. 66 degrees has been has been amazing!
