Thirty four years ago I was laid off from a big architectural firm during the recession of 1991. I was devastated. Everything happens for a reason. I started my company and I have been so happy. Thirty four years working with amazing leasing agents, contractors and tenants. I am so grateful. The modern anniversary gift is opal, which happens to be my birthstone. I may treat myself.

I have designed office, industrial, retail, and light manufacturing spaces.
