Olive Oil Brownies
Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Mix oil, sugar, eggs.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Bake at 350°F for 25 mins.

Homemade Mozzarella With Just 2 Simple Ingredients

1 liter full-fat milk
2 tbsp white vinegar
Method:
Heat milk close to boiling.
Stir in vinegar until curds split.
Wait 5–10 minutes.
Strain and squeeze curds.
Microwave 2–3 times, stretch between rounds.
Shape, chill, and enjoy!

2 lbs red potatoes
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Rosemary, thyme, oregano

Crisp & Fresh Pico de Gallo 🌿🍋
This fresh pico de gallo is the best way to enjoy a healthy, flavorful dip. Add it to everything from chips to tacos!
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeño, chopped
Fresh cilantro, chopped
2 limes, juiced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 chicken bouillon packet
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Stir and taste for seasoning.
Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Creamy Orange Rolls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 packet yeast
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Orange zest from 1 orange
1 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
Directions:
Activate yeast in warm milk.
Add flour, butter, zest, and cinnamon. Knead and rise.
Roll dough, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar, and shape into rolls.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Frost with orange cream cheese frosting.

Delicious Triple Coconut Cream Pie ????
Ingredients:
1 pie crust (pre-baked)
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream and toasted coconut for garnish
Directions:
Combine coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Heat the mixture, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add the egg yolks, tempering them with a bit of the hot mixture, then return to heat.
Stir in vanilla extract and shredded coconut.
Pour the filling into the pie crust and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
No-Bake Passover Date Crunch Bark 🌴🍫
Ingredients:
• 9 soft Medjool dates
• 1 matzah square
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
• Flaky salt
• Optional: chopped pecans, raisins, dried fruit
Instructions:
Slice dates and remove pits. Spread them open.
Arrange dates in rows on parchment paper.
Roll gently to flatten the dates.
Press a matzah square on top of the dates.
Flip it over and spread peanut butter on top.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter.
Add toppings and freeze until set.
Egg-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Delight
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp flour (heat-treated)
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar together.
Stir in flour and vanilla.
Fold in chocolate chips, then enjoy your edible cookie dough!

Ingredients
2½ cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs

1/2 cup milk
Zest & juice from 2 lemons
1/2 cup homemade lemon curd
How To Make It
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix eggs, butter, milk, lemon zest, and juice.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Spoon batter into tins and top with a dollop of lemon curd.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
