9am-10am Yindalini Yoga w/ Leah. Yindalini Yoga is a fusion of yin, kundalini, meditation and mantra 🕉️ that helps relax the body while calming the mind.
10:15am-11:15am Binaural Sound Meditation w/ Leah and Steven. This session is designed to bring additional coherence to the heart and mind. This allows the nervous system to relax and reset reducing stress, anxiety and pain significantly improving mental health. 😊☀️

We are offering these services on a sliding scale $20-$30 per person per class. Financial assistance is available.
Afterwards join us for lunch which starts at 11:30am 🍛🤤 Then let’s take a stroll down to to shop and get a walk in🚶♀️🚶♂️
