You know those yummy cheese packets in your favorite mac & cheeses? We fill those by hand! We mix the powder, fill the sachets, and heat seal them into packets. It is by far our messiest day. We are covered head to toe in cheese. We hate it, our dogs love it. Our macs are so delicious, that it's worth it.
