Foot work is one of the under-valued parts of a solid osteoporosis program. Why?

Because having your feet flat and shuffling is a huge contributor to fall risk and we really want to avoid falls, trips and stumbles that could lead to fractures!

Try this combination of moves a couple of times a week and see if you feel like you're walking  on a cloud β˜οΈπŸ˜€πŸšΆ

Start with 10 heel lifts, really focusing on keeping your toes spread wide and coming up high enough to feel a stretch at the base of your toes.

Then pop an elastic band around your big toes. Anchor the balls of your feet evenly on the ground and the lift your big toes 10 times.

You can do both at the same time or alternate one after the other!
