Electrologists, May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month and a good time to brush up on the identification of moles or other marks that may indicate skin cancer. Your clients count on your expertise as hair removal professionals, and they will likely follow up with diagnoses if they've been neglecting their skin.
It’s Skin Cancer Awareness Month. To spot skin cancer early, it helps to know how your skin normally looks. That way, you'll notice any changes more easily.
Talk to your doctor if you notice any of these symptoms, or anything else unusual for you. In most cases, it won’t be cancer – but if it is, getting diagnosed early when treatment is more likely to be successful can make all the difference.

To enable air flow through the probe holder, two things must happen.
+ the epilator must be built to include an internal fan including additional circuitry and wiring so that air may be turned on or off; and
+ a specially-manufactured probe holder must be built that allows space around the current-carrying electrical wiring through which air flow will be contained and directed.
So... why bother with this extra option? Air flow serves to distract the nervous system and cool the skin, and many clients will feel more comfortable when air flows at the point of their electrolysis treatment. Note: Both the Instantronics Elite Spectrum & SS-99 epilators can be equipped to use our Air Enabled probe holders.
