This reflection, shared during our team meeting yesterday, captures the heart of Second Chance Month. At Jubilee Home, second chances aren’t just about starting over, they’re about building forward with intention, dignity, and support.

Every day, we walk alongside individuals returning home from incarceration as they redefine what’s possible for their lives.

Growth doesn’t happen overnight but choosing to try again, and to do it differently, is where transformation begins.

As we pause to reflect on 2025, we’re holding a lot of gratitude 💛 for the growth of Jubilee Home and for all those who helped make it possible 🌱

This year, we expanded our staff to support the opening of our first-ever women’s home and to jumpstart our first social enterprise, Jubilee Flowers.

We’re so thankful for the people, patience, and partnerships that made this season of growth possible.
