David M. Rubenstein Scholars Program
The David M. Rubenstein Scholars Program was established in 2016.
Angel Heredia is from Cicero, Illinois. While at Duke, he majored in Political Science and obtained a certificate in Philosophy, Politics, Economics. Angel was a part of student organizations such as Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity Club, Soccer, Duke Latinx Business Organization, and Latin American Student Organization. He also participated in the Duke Engage-Dublin program as well as studied abroad in Greece and Oxford, England. Angel also interned as a Banking Analyst for Citigroup Private. After Duke, Angel plans to enter the workforce as an Analyst for Citigroup Private Bank.

Nicholas Courtney is from Bedford, New Hampshire. While at Duke, he majored in Psychology with a minor in Education and a Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Nicholas was a part of student organizations such as Duke Student Founders, Club Soccer, Alpha Epsilon Pi. He also worked on an independent project with the environmental startup, Envyro LLC. Additionally, Nicholas also completed internships with a focus on marketing for Greenstar Movement, Habitat for Humanity, and FeedStation. After Duke, Nicholas plans to work as a full-time Marketing Associate.
