The finishing touch on any build, the landscaping. Calhoun Landscaping came out this week to lay sod, plant flowers, and bring the outside of our showcase home to life, because a healthy home looks good from the curb to the crawl space!

Why does KEIM paint look richer than regular paint? Two reasons. First, it’s tinted with real natural elements instead of synthetic dyes, so the color has more depth. Second, it’s bound with liquid quartz, which lets light refract off the surface like a prism instead of just sitting flat. Synthetic paint can’t do either, it even fades over time because the pigments break down in the sun. Ours doesn’t.

Most cabinets look beautiful on day one. The question is what's sealed into them.
Pre-catalyzed lacquer finishes are common in cabinetry because they're durable and glossy, but many off-gas VOCs long after installation, especially in enclosed kitchen spaces where you're breathing that air every day.
We choose finishes that protect the wood without compromising your air quality. Beautiful and healthy shouldn't be a trade-off.
