The Black Students’ Alliance would like to take the time to honor the life and legacy of the late Dr. Clifton R. Wharton Jr. Dr Wharton served as the first Black President of Michigan State University from 1970-1978. Dr. Wharton is in large part responsible for many of the initial changes and improvements of the Black experience here at MSU. His legacy will live forever as he is forever embedded in our minds.✊🏾

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We are beyond tired of the recurring cycle of racial injustice(s) on this campus. We WILL NOT continue to be swept under the rug. Our voices WILL be heard✊🏾.

Join us Monday November 11th for our Wellness Monday Destresser and symposium. This is an opportunity for students to relax and ease their minds from ANY issues they may be experiencing. In addition, we will be holding a brief symposium for Black RSO’s to discuss their upcoming events. We will also have a presentation for you all as well. We can’t wait to see you all😁✊🏾.
