Leadership Announcement!
Please join us in congratulating Tobias Enders on his promotion to Managing Director, Europe at FORTÉ. In this role, Tobias will serve as our central leadership point of contact for FORTÉ’s growing European Region, partnering with our existing Ireland, UK, Sweden and Germany leadership. Reporting directly to our Global Chief Operating Officer, Roger Patrick, Tobias will provide more day-to-day focus on existing expansion plans, including new facilities in Frankfurt and London with full Velocity capabilities, along with stronger coordination with our partner network.

A proven leader with decades of industry experience, Tobias previously owned and led GMS in Frankfurt, Germany, which became part of FORTÉ through our 2025 acquisition. Since joining the organization, he has been instrumental in driving record growth in Germany, leading with FORTÉ’s unique managed services and innovation offerings, along with driving our Munich expansion.
