Our Criminal Justice Advocate for Washington County, Emily Young, is pictured (center) with her strong community partners, Deputy Natalia Giroux (left) and Detective Travis Willey (right), both of the Washington County Sherrif Office. Emily works under a rural grant enabling her to get 911 call referrals weekly in order to attempt phone follow up to domestic violence victims.
