I have been posting about writing new songs, but I still have to record them. I will post as soon as I get them mixed. It takes me some time to do this as I have to arrange, lean new parts on several instruments, then mix, master and then post....that being said I may have one of the new ones in the next week if the gods of mowers ,chainsaws and work crews takes a break....I just ordered soundproofing materials for my studio

I'm making some progress...I have been staying away from media and music is starting to flow again. Im hoping to have a full release by summer. I watched a movie called "Dreamin' Wild" last night about a guy who recorded an album that was discovered after 30 years and finally had some success after a lifetime of struggle. I could relate on many levels. I woke up this morning and knocked out a song and layed out another. I am doing what I should have done decades ago, put out some acoustic songs with just the guitar and voice, that's the way I perform so it made sense to me. I am getting ready to perform again but, I am afraid of ICE walking in and disappearing me along with the kitchen staff's. I also have trouble learning cover songs in the middle of recording so, I love being locked in a studio obsessing over....everything. I'm trying to get a mix of a song or two in the next couple weeks but if the muse is visiting I'll roll with her until she leaves again.
