Sun Diego Boardshops x Vans Event #3 at Melba Bishop was a hot one! Not only with the weather , but Rahn Staylit was on fire for the Pro/AM Division. Looking forward to seeing the hard work culminate. Tomorrow is THE LAST STOP OF 2K17 AM SLAM SERIES! looking forward to seeing everyone at Mission Beaches Belmont Park!On site will be a full course built & SC x DDMG is heavy on scene 10am SEE YOU THERE!!!

Getting ready for the second stop of the Sun Diego Boardshops x Vans AM SLAM Skate series TOMORROW , JULY 15TH @ PQ Skatepark and ALL our divisions will be competing at this event with mind-blowing talent in every age group. The OG squad will be heavy on scene early as well as some new killers just added to the roster this season, come check it out!

Our Story
Skatejam Collaborative is a Non Profit Organization that structures, coordinates, & hosts a skateboarding event series called Open Talent Showcase Series (O.T.S. Series). The purpose of the O.T.S. Series is to provide at risk youth a free access, open format, monthly event series that finds and develops the top unnoticed, excelling skateboarders from impacted communities by giving them the opportunity to showcase their skills for a chance to receive a position on our competitive roster which provides all expenses paid access to skateboardings competitive circuit. This is coupled with management (DDMG) of media portfolios, sponsorships & endorsement contracts, and competitive circuit schedules. This structure is in direct correlation to the majority of the demographic of skateboarders, who do not come from affluent backgrounds. For many, regardless of their skill level, the opportunity to make skateboarding a reasonable career path is not tangible, mainly due to financial situations and conditions of living. SC x DDMG aims to eliminate that factor, and make skateboarding not just accessible , but pursuable to all, regardless of background or lifestyle.
