Brief update on the first phase of the new ownership:

First and foremost, I am working hard to help make sure anyone looking for help with something is helped immediately. Any warranty issues are being addressed and solved right away. Please reach out if you have questions, I am here to help.
Secondly I am working hard to make sure everyone's order is fulfilled as fast as possible. We worked hard to make sure no orders were skipped / forgotten in the transition, and we are caught up. Our shipping team is fast! Thank you for being patient if you got caught up in the middle.

I also know there are some of you waiting for smoke and radio cables. For radio cables we have finalized packaging and are looking to have those mid Feb. All open radio cables will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

For smoke we have samples in route to us this week or next week, which we will review before placing a bulk order. I want to make sure every piece of the smoke system is evaluated and improved if needed. I have listened to the communities feedback on the product, and will take that into consideration when working on the new sample. I refuse to sell a product that is faulty or half finished. Issues will be address and resolved before shipping. I'm expecting to have a bulk order for smoke systems mid to end of March.

Headsets are a beast and I won't dismiss or downplay the communities feelings on the product. Trust me, I've been around, I've watched, and I've owned previous models of them throughout the years. I plan on making some content around them as the new model is actually rock solid and was a large reason I was interested in the brand as a whole. They are in stock and we are shipping. We also have an earbud version coming by mid Feb / early March. Pro model is not coming until end of year or early next year. I will be launching a demo program for them soon, so if you've been interested you'll have a chance to try before you buy. I firmly believe the product needs that approach after peoples previous experiences. Again, I refuse to sell a faulty product and would not stand behind them if they were junk. Just being real.

Other products in the PPG Smoke lineup are being evaluated or have already been evaluated. More info on them as time goes on.
New products are in development and will be landing soon. As you know I was already making a slew of products and will continue that development at full speed ahead. But we are also working on adding more products to the ppgsmoke lineup and have started that as well. Things that go hand in hand with current products is the first priority. Lots of new things will launch early spring.

I know people are wondering If I will rebrand, and I have heard all your reasons, but I do not plan to rebrand PPG Smoke as of right now. Future products will be branded whichever brand makes the most sense. That is a battle I will take product to product. I have already added a few products to the PPG Smoke website and will continue to do so as I can.

Squeaky clean for what’s coming next.

Headset. Closing in on a revision. Full architecture re-do etc... all digital. Our first samples should be here the of this month. All existing units in the market will be replaced, and any open orders will be fulfilled when we do a production run.
