I love this concept because it’s simple yet memorable. I get people all the saying they see the aloha “Vans” all over. Little did they know, at the time there was just the one van. That’s the power of branding 🏔️

This past week we hit ONE YEAR in our new shop.

Man has it absolutely flown bye!
•
This year has brought so many lessons in the business and in life.
•
Right now we’ve been busy as ever but leaned out a bit on operations.
•
From an outside perspective downsizing might come off as negative however and I are just taking a second to catch our breath and hit it hard again come spring time. Nothing wrong with that!
•
Growth is an average not a straight line. Currently we are operating cleaner and producing more results and it’s a good feeling.
•
We may have tried to grow a bit too fast and we tripped ourselves on the way up. But hey we took notes along the way and have a roadmap for 2024.
•
I’m feeling grateful, I’m feeling motivated and I’m ready to keep seeing this thing progress. It’s easy to get negative when things on the day to day are SO hard some times.
•
Learning to measure off of progress rather than an ideal has been HUGE for me.
•
The support we receive from friends and the community is unreal! I can’t go much of anywhere without someone mentioning the business or saying they see our stuff. Those shares and recommendations do not go unnoticed. Y’all are the best 🏔️

For my new years resolution I’d like to go an entire year without braking a phone..

But hey on the bright side it’ll be easier to get some crispy photos from now on.
