A retired military professional heard me do a closing keynote at a conference in Florida. She signed up for my email list and when she learned I was speaking once again in Florida, she contacted my office and asked to have dinner with me.

She said my speech stayed with her for several years!!!

I had no idea at the time, she drove 400+ miles to have this dinner, but I was glad I accepted the invitation.

Instinctively I knew she would benefit from coaching with me, so I offered her that opportunity for 1:1 Support.
