Another new thing for me....curved router sled. I designed the seat for this bench to have a concave shape. Then of course I had to figure out how I would accomplish that. After a little research I designed and cut out the curved sled and a base for the Bosch router on my cnc. The jig setup is screwed to my workbench so I can slide the bench seat through the jig. It took 3 passes to get the depth i wanted. Now I just need to cut this beast to length and do some edge work on it. Zelo Side Table in white oak! Headed to Cheney, Kansas!💛 Finished with @odiesoil as usual👌🏻 This is the only white oak version I've ever done...it's dense and it's heavy. Might not offer this option anymore haha! I used to ship these in a double-thick cardboard box that I custom modified. It worked great, untiiiilllll it didn't (am I right Matt M.? 🤦🏻‍♂️).
