About Go2Grow

Go2Grow Mentorship Program, based in Escondido, empowers young people, ages 12-25, to learn about themselves and how their skills, interests, and values relate to a career field. The program helps students build habits of success through one-on-one mentorship and guides them through the process of entering into adulthood while giving them the accountability needed to pursue their goals & plans for the future. Our mentors hope to inspire and motivate student’s to pursue their dreams through creating an environment for students to grow into the best versions of themselves. We connect students & professionals in a monitored setting, allowing them to discover resources in the community to gain new experiences and understanding of their opportunities in life. Go2Grow encourages the importance of volunteerism and community involvement. We provide the personal development side of growth, without the pressure of results.
