This tub was dry rotted out throughout the base support structure because it was not installed level. When someone got into the tub water rose above the air intakes on the low side and spilled out into the equipment area.
Here the base structure and equipment section has been replaced and pressure treated leveling added to prevent leaking of this kind in the future.
