Health is everything, so why don’t we treat it that way?
Nearly half of the people who visit a doctor don’t stick to their prescribed treatment plans. Why? Is it confusion? Overwhelm? Or just plain disbelief?
Sadly, I’ve seen it firsthand. Friends and family struggling with health challenges that could’ve been completely avoided. It’s heartbreaking, preventable, and frustrating. But it’s not about pointing fingers—it’s about making health easier to understand.

I just want to take a moment to share how thankful I am for the growth of my YouTube channel, RigTheory. I'm just shy of 5,000 subscribers, and I’ve learned so much along the way.
RigTheory started as a space for technical discussions and shop talk about animation production, character rigging, and design, with a bit of industry insight sprinkled in. But over time, it’s grown into something so much more—a small, enthusiastic creative community.

Animation has always been a fusion of art and technology. Generative AI is simply the next evolution. It doesn’t have to render animators obsolete—it can empower us to achieve more! The question isn’t whether generative tools will change the industry; they already have. I wonder how many animators will move with them?
