Good morning, friends! It's national farmers market week. We can't wait to see you today. 😊

Did you know we exclusively use local pasture raised eggs in all of our pasta from .eggs? They are in Coos Bay and we were so lucky to meet them by chance when we first bought the business earlier this year. They have very healthy hens and we love how they care for them!

Y'all sold us OUT of large shells last weekend! We're so thankful for you. We will have more large shells ready this Saturday at the . See you then, besties!

Meet one of our team members, Tess! Tess is the one who vacuum seals all of your pasta you buy from the store and sells you pasta at the market too. If you've stopped by our booth today or last Saturday, we are super thankful for you. We have had a lot of fun meeting so many of you and hearing your stories about your favorite Pasta Plus memories and experiences over the years. We have also really enjoyed getting to know our neighbors and other vendors as well!

We are so excited to see you all at the ! We will be right by to the info booth, so we should be fairly easy to find. We will have 4 shapes of extruded pasta for sale: small shells, large shells, rigatoni, and rotini. Rotini will have a choice of egg or spinach.
A reminder this extruded pasta is made with flour, so it will be slightly different than what you get in stores, but still just as good. Let us know if you have any questions!

Lonnie helped us as first time buyers and made the entire process as stress free as possible. Lonnie is full of knowledge, helpful, and so kind. He went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions and we were lucky to know him. Thank you, Lonnie!

We have some very exciting news to share and now that it's official, we can! Starting July 19th, we will be at the every Saturday and Thursday. Since our warehouse is not suited for retail and so many have asked, we wanted an option for you all to buy directly from us. We are looking forward to seeing and chatting with all of you!

Looks can be deceiving, we're here to set the record straight. 8 ounce pesto containers will now be taller vs wider. We promise the same amount is in the new shaped container as the previous shaped container!
As the world changes around us, we are also changing. Sourcing certain items in our business has proven to be tricky at times, hence the need to change our pesto containers.
