AC Lady

Hi!! it's me... Peggy here.... I don't really engage much, as y'all probably know. However, It's important to get the word out that some neighborhoods in South Bedford Saturday afternoon around 5/6 pm, experienced some sort of brown out, power drag or something that caused many ac units to quit cooling. Mostly around Central drive, Shumac, Hospital parkway, Dalewood, Warwick, ect..
If your ac is not cooling and you are in this general vicinity: Turn the thermostat to off and leave it off for about an hour, Then, turn it back to cool and see if it doesn't start cooling again.
Just trying to save you some aggravation tonight!! And If someone will post this on next door so other neighbors can have this info as well, and maybe save them from having to pay their ac company for a Sunday service call!!!!....that would be great.

Hey everyone, just a friendly reminder for those of you with HEAT PUMP systems to switch over to the EM HEAT mode on your thermostat during these wintery conditions. As a general rule of thumb, we suggest this when temperatures are sustained in the 20s for any length of time OR anytime there is freezing precipitation. This prevents damage to your outdoor unit and ensures you stay warm and comfortable inside.
