We’ll have 30+ cats onsite, including these adorable tabbies, all waiting for their forever families. Walk ins are welcome and bring a carrier if you want to adopt the same day! 💙

Mermaid has spent all of 2026 with us after arriving on December 13 from one of our shelter partners in Michigan. 💙

If you've heard of tortie-tude, Mermaid has plenty of it—and it's part of what makes her so special. She knows what she likes, isn't afraid to tell you, and thrives with someone who understands feline body language and respects her boundaries.

The best part? Once Mermaid trusts you, she's incredibly affectionate. She loves being pet, has become quite the lap cat, and has recently discovered that she loves co-sleeping with her people. When she's ready for a break, she'll simply hop down and do her own thing before coming back for more love.

Mermaid is looking for a family who will appreciate her independence and love her exactly as she is. In return, she'll be a loyal and affectionate companion.
