Carefully controlled slow powerwash of exterior deck; application of Flood UV clear deck finish. I've found that over many years this is my favorite material to fill over old damaged wood and is the easiest to recoat years later without flashing. See the photo of the stairs refinished and the rails still unfinished to see the difference.
